SHIPPING & RETURNS

Fadsphere.com prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date and 30 days returns for a store credit or exchange. However, we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. Simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send us the items you would like to return/exchange.Each item will reviewed before a return is credited to your account.
 
Fadsphere recommends that you send back your return with insurance and a tracking number for protection in the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7-10 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

Final sale/clearance and special promotions
All sales are under clearance and special promotions are final sale.No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please make sure to contact our customer service if you have a question regarding merchandise prior to purchasing to avoid purchasing the incorrect size.
 
Exchanges
Fadsphere wants to assure you are happy with your purchase and will allow 30 days to exchange your item for a different size or color. Be sure to contact us prior to ordering to confirm we have the appropiate size in stock. This will be shipped at no cost to you the consumer.
 
Refused Packages
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com. When placing an order please confirm the correct address is listed to avoid the package from being refused.
